Public agencies and organisations with eligible distribution exercises can follow the steps below to onboard SupplyAlly.

  1. Contact the SupplyAlly team using this form, and provide the details of your distribution exercise.
  2. The SupplyAlly team will reach out to you for more details, if necessary.
  3. Once the use of SupplyAlly has been confirmed, you will provide the necessary details of the beneficiaries and the distribution locations, to enable the SupplyAlly team to deploy the solution backend for the distribution exercise.
  4. The core members of your team will then receive training from the SupplyAlly team on how to use the mobile app. Your core team will then train your volunteers who are assisting in the distribution exercise.
  5. The distribution exercise commences.
